Position: Delivery Lead AEM & Embedded React with Java Background

Location: : Remote (Monthly once Travel required to Dallas TX/ Miami FL)

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Lead with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Embedded React and a strong Java background. As a Delivery Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects related to AEM and Embedded React development ensuring highquality deliverables and maintaining excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery efforts from inception to completion ensuring adherence to project timelines budget and quality standards.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers designers architects and project managers to define project scope requirements and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members leveraging your expertise in AEM Embedded React and Java to drive innovation and best practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients managing expectations communicating project progress and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
• Conduct regular project status meetings reporting on key metrics risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement efficiency gains and technology advancements to enhance project delivery capabilities.
• Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in AEM React Java and related areas continuously enhancing your expertise and sharing knowledge with the team.
• Lead by example fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on excellence accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
• 1420 years of experience in software development with a focus on AEM React and Java technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex digital projects preferably within an agency or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.
• Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Certifications in AEM React or related technologies are a plus.
• Experience with AWS and DevOps practices is desirable.
