Deal Desk Manager

Responsibilities:

Partner in a trusted advisor capacity to field sales and other internal partners.
Provide thought leadership to develop innovative deal structures, handle risk within the contractual terms and structure and educate the sales team on optimal deal configuration and bundles.
Develop best practices for pricing and commercial terms, based on the improved use of data and market knowledge to support decision making.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to effectively coordinate and lead month and quarter end deal closure.
Serve as a subject matter expert on non-standard deal requests, special pricing, operations, approval policies, commercial terms, and troubleshooting of deal issues and sales escalations across our executive leadership team.
Operate within established SLAs, ensuring timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound offers with field sales.
Ensure compliance with internal controls
Independently scope and implement project work with minimum oversight to optimize existing processes and work with stakeholders to develop, test, and deploy new features, enhancements, and updates.
Partner with Sales leaders and Sales Operations team on GTM strategy and new commercial models to drive maximum revenue capture


Some key qualifications:

Have 4+ years of experience in a Deal Desk or GTM Operations function with a global sales team
Superior analytical background within strong problem solving skills
Prior use of a CPQ solutions
Thorough understanding of standard business practices related to GTM Operations processes and systems.
Positive team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross-functional organizations

Possess deep understanding of (and empathy for) the role of a sales professional.
Growth mindset with inherent curiosity and personal drive, ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently in a fast-based global environment.
Great sense of humor is a plus!
