Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present continental dishes to the highest standard
• Ensure the quality and consistency of food products
• Assist in menu planning and recipe development
• Maintain stock levels and order supplies as needed
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• Monitor portion control and minimize waste
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils
• Assist with the development and implementation of new dishes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
