Job Description

- Provide L3 technical support to FEs, RSEs and customers with appropriate response times based on customer/contract agreements
- Act as region field expert for DCAR programs and monitor NPI product performance
- Support proper launch of DCAR NPIs in EGM
- Gather data and share information with the Modality Engineering groups to drive product quality and serviceability
- Support installation and customer escalations (CSOs) at customer sites.
- Contribute to EGM LCS productivity through idea generation, data analysis, workout attendance and leading local DCAR projects as required
- Support SD processes and improvements as needed (eg. PM, remote fix, TTR)
