- The core purpose of the Electronics Teacher is to assist in the leadership and development of Electronics at both KS4 and KS5.
- To contribute to the Electronics subject development of the curriculum and organisation of resources and to promote the STEM ethos to the whole Watford UTC learning environment.
- To create stimulating, enriching and engaging lessons that promote and nurture interest, enthusiasm and success from students.
- To respond to all curriculum changes, ensuring that these changes are managed thoroughly and positively.
