Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Amman for a Data Science and Analytics Architect. The Data Science and Analytics Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing the overall architecture of data analytics and machine learning solutions. The Architect will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, provide customized solutions, and work closely with software engineers and data scientists to deploy data analytics pipelines.
Your Profile :
- Should have relevant work experience in analytics, reporting and business intelligence tools.
- • Understanding customer requirements and design solutions to setup ETL and Business Intelligence
- environment.
- • Design efficient data models and dashboards using BI Reporting tools
- • Proficient in using SQL, ETL, Data Warehouse solutions and databases in a business environment
- with large-scale, disparate datasets.
- • Complex quantitative and data analysis skills.
- • Assists and/or creates technical design to meet financial and information reporting needs
- • Understanding different AWS services QuickSight, Tableau or Looker and their use and
- configuration is a plus

Qualifications
- Experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or similar role
- Strong expertise in Data Analytics, including Data Warehousing, SQL, NoSQL, and ETL
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with Big Data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop, or similar)
- Master's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience with Machine Learning and AI technologies
- Experience with Programming languages such as Python, Java, R, and Scala
- Experience with Data Visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar)
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Prior experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics is preferred

• Research new technologies and adopt what enhances the overall technical stack
• Develop high-quality software design and architecture
• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
• Audit and review existing code
• Knowledge in tools and applications to insure the delivery of clean and efficient code
• Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
• Document development phases and monitor systems
• Review and approve Open-Source library usage
• Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies
• Identify and follow up opportunities for learning and development to ensure skill set meets
• evolving requirements and stay at the forefront of relevant scientific and technology areas
• Develop and present prototypes on upgraded technical capabilities in the product
