Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Annotation Specialist with expertise in Question and Answer (Q&A) and Image annotation for a 3-6 month contract position, with the potential for permanent placement. As a Data Annotation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of annotated data for various AI projects, focusing on text and image data types.
Key Responsibilities:
Question and Answer (Q&A) Annotation:
- Execute and oversee Q&A processes for diverse data types, including text, image, video, and audio.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure precision, consistency, and adherence to annotation guidelines.
- Collaborate with project teams to address any issues impacting Q&A data quality.

Image Annotation:
- Specialize in image annotation tasks, such as object detection, classification, image segmentation, and medical image analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of accurate and detailed annotations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in image annotation techniques.

Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project goals, timelines, and specific annotation requirements.
- Organize and execute annotation tasks based on project specifications, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and communicate any potential challenges or deviations from the plan.

Data Quality Control:
- Conduct thorough quality checks on Q&A and image annotated data to identify and rectify any inconsistencies or errors.
- Work closely with annotators to provide feedback and guidance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Q&A processes and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in data annotation with a focus on Q&A and image annotation.
- Familiarity with annotation tools and platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify nuances in data annotations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
