- Become very familiar with the survey design, implementation approach and the survey reporting platform(s).
- Be a resource on how to use the survey reporting platform, providing training to various partners.
- Provide relevant data and analysis as requested by various stakeholders using the survey reporting platform.
- Summarize data to tell a compelling story to the organization’s leaders (e.g. what are the main messages coming out of the survey data? What does IRC need to focus on in terms of diversity, equality and inclusion?).
- Analyze related data reports and provide executive summaries.
- Create communication and tracking documents in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
