• Align is currently seeking a Data Analyst ServiceNow to join our DWE organization
• This position will deliver datadriven insights and solutions on ServiceNow platform
• You will be responsible to collaborate with business systems analysts and customers and creating maintaining and enhancing reports and dashboards on the ServiceNow platform
• Your expertise in data analysis reporting capabilities and stakeholder collaboration will contribute to optimizing internal processes and driving informed decisionmaking

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards on the ServiceNow platform using various using various reporting tools such as Performance Analytics Report Designer and Dashboard Studio.
• Collaborate with business analysts consumers of the platform and others to craft meaningful dashboards reports on KPIs and metrics and create analytical representation of the data.
• Identify inventory assess rationalize and prioritize reporting needs ensuring that reports and dashboards effectively meet enterprise requirements across all business sectors.
• Provide datadriven insights and recommendations to stakeholders and customers based on data analysis and business requirements.
• Create guidelines processes and best practices to promote consistent data usage and to eliminate redundant reporting within the platform.
• Review and optimize reports for platform performance providing guidance to endusers on minimizing negative platform impacts when creating reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers administrators and consultants to ensure data quality accuracy and consistency.
• Develop reports and dashboards based on gathered requirements partnering with stakeholders and providing training to enable selfsufficiency.
• Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain data integrity while delivering highquality reports and dashboards.
• Partner with other teams to consolidate and address enterprisewide reporting requirements that extend beyond onplatform reporting capabilities.
• Support data governance and data management initiatives on the ServiceNow platform.

• Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 01 years of experience in data analysis and reporting preferably on the ServiceNow platform showcasing a deep understanding of data visualization and reporting principles.
• Proficient in using ServiceNow reporting tools such as Performance Analytics Report Designer and Dashboard Studio.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data model tables fields and relationships
• Expertise in building indicators breakdowns data Architecture data cleanup PA widgets PA scorecards etc.
• Strong skills in data visualizations transformations and maintenance of it.
• Glide Ajax Glide Form (gform) Glide User (guser) Glide Record Glide System Glide Element Glide Aggregate.
• Querying the table by using Glide Record and very strong depth in data retrieval methods and complex join queries.
• Render forms lists UI Pages and many other things in ServiceNow platform with the help of ServiceNow scripting.
• Web Service Integration with other reporting or RESTful APIs.
• Experience in using SQL Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Certification in ServiceNow Performance Analytics or Report Designer is a plus .
