Tasks

• Establish and nurture professional relationships with various stakeholders including internal teams and clients i.e. companies and insurance brokers.
• Collaborate on new market entry initiatives with relevant teams.
• Assist in the onboarding and monitoring of brokers.
• Effectively manage daily internal and external communication.
• Provide proactive updates and timelines to stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic and adhoc reports on underwriting activity.
• Identify and recommend improvements to procedures processes or systems.
• Directly reporting to CEO France and in constant interaction with the teams located in Paris London and San Francisco.

Requirements

• Masters degree (Bac 5) in engineering or business.
• Native or fluent proficiency in French.Working proficiency in English.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Salesoriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn about technical insurance cybersecurity and technology.
• Numeracy and analytical skills.
• Legal and/or engineering training while not mandatory is desirable.
• Integrity independence and accountability.
