Customer Support L2

• Provide continuous technical support via telephone and email related to the product
  
• Employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to move beyond customers frustrations and solve customers problems.
  
• Identify the level of technical knowledge and adjust technical communications to solve the customers problems.
  
• Conducting basic probing to determine the next action for any software related to inquiries
  

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Certificate/ Diploma/ Bachelors Degree Post Graduate Diploma and Professional Degree in IT/ Technical/ Engineering field.
  
• Required language(s): Mandarin Bahasa Malaysia and English (Spoken)
  
• Must be of Malaysian nationality.
  
• Training provided Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  
• Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shifts
  
• Each shift comprises 9 working hours and includes a 1hour lunch for rest
  
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.
