This is a remote position.
- Responsible for all customer service requests including diagnosing, resolving the service requests and maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Adhere to internal policies and regulations by updating all the necessary documents and systems in accurate manner.
- Ensure first class level customer services to maintain loyal customers by providing professional customer support.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
Requirements
- Following/Completed bachelor's degree in computer science/Management/customer services, or related field.
- 3-4 years experience in handling a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (English/Sinhala/Tamil)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
