Position: Remote Client Support & Scheduling Coordinator
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Schedule: Fulltime with a focus on weekends and nontraditional hours
We are seeking a warm versatile and reliable remote team member to provide afterhours operational support. This fulltime role is designed to ensure prompt responsiveness to client inquiries and seamless scheduling coverage during evenings and weekends.

Answer incoming calls and offer prompt empathetic support to potential and existing clients
Manage initial sales inquiries and help schedule inhome care assessments
Coordinate caregiver dispatch and followups across departments
Provide general administrative and customer service support
Maintain accurate records of calls appointments and schedules
Communicate effectively with internal team members to ensure smooth service delivery
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Friendly calm and professional phone presence
Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written)
Highly organized and detailoriented capable of managing multiple tasks
Experience in scheduling sales support or healthcare/home care is a plus
Comfortable working independently during evenings weekends and other nonstandard hours
Familiarity with the home care or caregiving industry
Experience supporting clients remotely
Proficiency with CRM or scheduling platforms (specific tools will be taught during onboarding)
