Certify IT is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive with fluent American accent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via email, phone, and chat. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
