CroatianSpeaking Chat Customer Support Representative Needed for a Leading Outsourcing/BPO Company! Work in ClujNapoca Romania!
We are partnering with a toptier Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to hire a Croatianspeaking Chat Customer Support Representative to support customers of a renowned electronic device brand.
Work Details:
- Location: ClujNapoca Romania
- Employment Type: Fulltime
- Remuneration: Base salary performance bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Communicate via incoming emails tickets and chat with customers to resolve their productrelated issues.
- Manage customer orders.
- Secure and deepen client retention contribute to excellent customer support.
- Ensure all complaints are recognized recorded confirmed and effectively resolved.
- Adhere to given processes and procedures.
- Update the customer database and document activities.
- Report the most common issues to the support team for further escalations.
Requirements:
- C1 written and verbal communication skills in Croatian
- B2 English.
- Preferable college degree or related work experience.
- Good MS Office skills and familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High motivation and enthusiastic approach selforganized.
- Knowledge and experience with measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographies will be an advantage.
What We Offer:
- Schedule: Full time MondaySunday 24/7 (for now we have 2 shifts confirmed 9 AM 6 PM; 3.30 PM 11.30 PM this includes lunch break and 3 short breaks).
- The first three salaries extended with a signing bonus.
