Well, lucky you (and us)! We are looking for a Customer Success Manager on a full-time basis to provide our customers with an optimal journey from day At Realo, we help consumers and real estate professionals sell, let, buy, or rent properties online by providing them access to relevant listings enriched with local data and market

You will have a chance to work alongside engaged and like-minded people, in a hybrid environment (from our cozy office in the center of Ghent & remote). Sounds fun?


What you will do:

  • Use Zendesk to be the first line of contact to existing customers and dispatch tickets to the relevant team/person
  • Proactively reach out and follow up on open cases, detect customers in need, and collect feedback
  • Look for upselling and cross-selling opportunities and do everything in your power to keep our churn rate low ;)
  • Onboard new customers and maintain a successful customer journey experience
  • Manage customer content by recording video tutorials, writing FAQ pages, and automating our support
  • Contribute with your own ideas to make customer processes more efficient
  • Keep an eye on the correct functioning of our products by tracking and reporting any visible bugs
  • Prepare weekly customer success meetings and work closely with the sales team

You are a fit because:

  • You have proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Customer Representative, or any similar Customer-facing job (qualification in such field is a big plus)
  • You are an empathetic, communicative person and a natural problem solver
  • You are resilient, can get hold of people s situations quickly, and provide them with good experience
  • You have good writing skills to keep our content nit and professional
  • You can work structured and independently
  • You are comfortable with getting involved in other activities and supporting where necessary
  • You are fluent in Dutch and have a strong command of French
