Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by booking service appointments and handling inquiries with professionalism and empathy. This position requires a team player who values innovation and a customercentric approach.

Responsibilities:

• Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
• Deliver call scripts with clarity persuasiveness and authenticity.
• Respond to customer requests resolve issues and promote the brand positively.
• Establish and maintain customer rapport to encourage repeat business.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance booking techniques and outbound calling skills.
• Adhere to the companys plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
• Maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information.
