Tasks

  • Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information about our educational services.

  • Handle incoming calls emails and online chats from parents students and other stakeholders resolving their issues and concerns promptly and efficiently.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening to customers understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions or guidance.

  • Process orders registrations and payments for various educational programs ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the customer service experience and contribute to the overall success of SaintAdjutor.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
