Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information about our educational services.
Handle incoming calls emails and online chats from parents students and other stakeholders resolving their issues and concerns promptly and efficiently.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening to customers understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions or guidance.
Process orders registrations and payments for various educational programs ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the customer service experience and contribute to the overall success of SaintAdjutor.
