The Customer Service Support Representative will provide product education and handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a worldclass customer experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Customer Service and motivated to work with a customer centric team in an innovative company. The shift for the position will be 1st shift (MondayFriday 8:00am 5:00pm)
Job Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and make warm outbound calls (no cold calling!) in a fastpaced call center environment.
Communicate with service techs in the field to ensure efficient scheduling
Maintain customer information within company software
All other duties as necessary
Qualifications and amp; Requirements
Good phone skills and a competitive nature
Must be positive and motivated with excellent communications skills
Must be comfortable using computers
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy
Must be able to work some evenings and weekends
