Position Overview:
Jill Frisch & Freeze MiniMart is seeking a highly motivated and customeroriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a fulltime or parttime position with a pay range of $21$25 per hour depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries resolve any issues or concerns and ensure their overall satisfaction with our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as the ability to multitask and problemsolve in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone email or chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving and multitasking abilities
Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Flexibility to work onsite or remotely as needed
