Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Independent Contractor Customer Service Representative. As a representative you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels including phone email and live chat.

Pay Rate: $1218 an hour

Responsibilities:
  1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate timely and professional responses.
  2. Assist customers with product inquiries order status updates billing inquiries and technical support.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  4. Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions update customer records and track service inquiries.
  5. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  7. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery.
  8. Meet or exceed performance targets such as response times customer satisfaction scores and quality metrics.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  10. Adhere to a flexible schedule to accommodate peak hours evenings weekends and holidays as needed.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  3. Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
  4. Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  5. Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
  6. Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  7. Reliable highspeed internet connection and a personal laptop/desktop computer.
  8. Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
  9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
  10. Prior experience working remotely or as an independent contractor is preferred but not required.
