We work with charitable organizations to raise awareness of their programs and make a difference in the community. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for the Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams. This roles primary duties will be to process donations, maintain the database, and provide excellent customer service. As needed, the Customer Service Representative will work with the Supporter Relations Manager to assist the department with a variety of tasks.
Customer Service Representative responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for all external and internal fundraising inquiries
Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring consistent thanking and acknowledgment of new/ departing donors
Work closely with management and the communications team to prepare and send accurate and engaging donor communications
Support a variety of fundraising and promotional events - including planning, logistics, and on-the-day support Keep up with fundraising efforts.
Requirements
Enthusiasm and drive for fundraising for a great cause is essential; experience of it is desirable but not required
