12 month FTC - Customer Service Representative - Brilliant Employer - Hybrid working
Youll be super organised and enjoy working in a busy, customer facing role where each day is different! Youll be part of a small, but perfectly formed and very friendly team. Key responsibilities are;
- Managing incoming requests from customers via email and telephone
- Diary management - youll be scheduling Engineer visits across the UK so will be managing their diaries and liaising with your customers.
- Invoices - youll be responsible for processing on the system, creating and allocating
- Contracts - youll be working closely with the contracts team
- Quotes - offering new quotes to prospective clients and sending through pricing depending on their needs
- Providing an excellent customer service at all times - whether via telephone or email
- Ordering new parts when required
Location: 2-3 days office - near Manchester Airport
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm
Benefits: UP to 27k salary, 25 days holiday, pension, private medical
Requirements
The successful candidate will have;
- Demonstrable experience of working in a busy, customer focused role - ideally with scheduling/engineering experience
- Strong computer skills especially excel, word and CRM systems
- Confident communicator with a friendly and nothing is too much trouble manner
- Ideally some experience of processing invoices
This is a 12m FTC starting ASAP.
