Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive communications, take notes, and deliver them

 to the concerned party by means of available 
communication.

Preparing the necessary reports on the progress of 
work.

Communicate with all internal and external parties for business purposes.

Commitment to the regulations and instructions governing the work.

Qualifications and experiences
Minimum diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, or any related discipline.


Experience of not less than one year in the field of customer service and working on telecom exchanges.

The ability to use Microsoft software.


Very good level of communication skills.

Tact and good behavior.


He must be a resident of the capital, Amman, and have a private car.
