We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our entertainment company specializing in children's entertainment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a passion for delivering outstanding service, and a knack for connecting with children and their families.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to parents, guardians, and children attending our entertainment events or using our services.
Assist with inquiries, ticket sales, and bookings via various communication channels (phone, email, and in-person).
Ensure a friendly, welcoming, and safe environment for all customers, especially children.
Engage and interact with children during events, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain knowledge of our entertainment offerings, promotions, and upcoming events to provide accurate information to customers.
Collect feedback from customers to improve our services and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in an entertainment or child-oriented environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Empathetic and patient demeanor, especially when dealing with children and their families.
Passion for working with children and creating memorable experiences for them.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed for events and peak seasons.
