  • Handling all Medmark inbound & outbound PR, welcome, and renewal calls.
  • Providing excellent customer care through dealing with complex queries accurately and professionally.
  • Act as the first point of contact with customers to resolve any request.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of business administration or a relevant study.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Excellence in Microsoft office tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to remain interested and focused when repeating information.
