- Handling all Medmark inbound & outbound PR, welcome, and renewal calls.
- Providing excellent customer care through dealing with complex queries accurately and professionally.
- Act as the first point of contact with customers to resolve any request.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of business administration or a relevant study.
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Excellence in Microsoft office tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to remain interested and focused when repeating information.
