Job Description
- Answers inbound calls and address customers inquiries.
- Respond to Live Chats and social media messages from customers.
- Follow-up on customer requests as needed.
Job Requirements
- Maximum age: 30
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1-4 years of work experience.
- communication skills.
- Excellent sales skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Good command of both English and Arabic Languages.
- Good Knowledge of computer & Microsoft offices.
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Flexible with Rotational days off.
