Tasks

Owning your field - Your responsibilities

As a B2B Sales Expert, you ll be the primary contact person for those interested in i-doit as well as our existing customer base. Conjointly with our sales team you ll drive the goal-oriented sales and distribution process surrounding our product portfolio.

You are main responsibilities include:

• Comprehensive advice on functionality and technical specifications of our products as well as the many advantages over competitor solutions
• Support for established customers and partners, including advice & needs assessment, development of individual, optimal solutions, customer success maintenance
• Lead follow-up to expand new customer segments (inbound acquisition)
• Owning the entire sales lifecycle, from the order to the offer - conveniently centralized in one CRM system (Salesforce)
• Driving common goals by taking overarching initiative, such as cross-team coordination on marketing leads or partner projectsConjointly shaping and enhancing of the i-doit sales, own tasks, as well as tools and processes within the team

Requirements

Being an asset - The skillset we re looking for

• Business proficiency in English is expected, advanced German language skills are a bonus
• 3+ years of experience in B2B Software- or IT-Solution sales and distribution
• Solid working knowledge of CRM-Systems; knowledge in Salesforce is a bonus
• You are motivated, enjoy IT and have a friendly and confident demeanor
• You have a passion and talent for sales paired with persuasiveness and high communication skills
• Professionalism and customer orientation are a given for you
• You enjoy acting independently and proactively, but always keep in touch with the team spirit
