• Fully handling the system administration for the CRM (Follow up and deliver all CRM related enquiries, troubleshooting, administration for all users)
• Monitor and assist in solving minor glitches and errors on CRM system.
• Assist users in basic administrative requirements – first line of support.
• Provides trainings for the staff in data entry and how to use the CRM.
• Provide a monthly performance report on the CRM alerts.
• Advise on issues with CRM systems, solutions, and recommendations to fix them.
• Assist the Sales Operation team in the CRM scope to facilitate best Sales performance, Accuracy, Dashboard reports and KPI’s.
• Drive and provide biweekly report for the won records accuracy KPI.
• Arrange sales meeting to review pipeline, forecasted records and renewals
• Follow up with the owners of the contracts and projects and ensure data are updated • Data Auditing & Governance.
• Take ownership with the stakeholders to document change requests, system enhancements, and testing..
• Provide CRM manuals and user guides.
• Come up with enhancements/improvements to enhance user experience and user adoption
