Your primary activities are

• Collaborate with the Group CRM and Loyalty Manager to develop a clear Dominos Pizza Enterprises (DPE) strategy and roadmap for CRM and Loyalty in all markets.
• Support local markets in implementing global CRM automations and lifecycle journeys.
• Assist local markets in planning CRM calendars to enhance weekly engagement and contribution to network sales from CRM retail activities.
• Work with IT Legal and Local Marketing Teams to efficiently deliver Global CRM and Loyalty roadmap initiatives in Europe.
• Support local markets in driving operational efficiencies to enable more strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with global CRM Technology vendors to identify and implement improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
• Liaise with Legal/GDPR specialists to ensure CRM database management complies with legal obligations while facilitating sales growth.
• Work with external vendors to ensure accurate CRM reporting capabilities for program insights and optimization.

You are an excellent match if you

• Tertiary Certificate/Degree qualification and a minimum of five years proven CRM Management experience.
• Experience in managing large multinational highfrequency CRM and Loyalty programs.
• Proven ability to work crossfunctionally with technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong experience with digital analytics and digital media measurement.
• Retail FMCG or QSR marketing experience.
• Experience working for an international brand.
