Creative Project Manager

Role overview

We are hiring a junior to midlevel project management professional with traditional project management experience in creative content and marketing work to join our team in Portland. We operate a hybridremote model.

Your primary focus will be on creative work (e.g. banner ads websites collateral development) content development (e.g. blogs infographics whitepapers) PR & social media programs vendor management and project resourcing & scheduling.

Your success demands expertise and interest in creating a welloiled collaborative team environment within the fastpaced world of integrated marketing and execution at a global tech B2B marketing agency. You will report directly to a Creative Director.

As a Creative Project Manager at Publitek you will:

• Partner with Creative Director or Client Services team members to define project schedules

• Review scopes assign content and creative resources

• Manage Asana with expertise and grace

• Manage the flow of internal and external creative production from concept to completion; this includes developing managing and advancing project schedules with Client Services Creative and Content teams

• Ensure all teams (internal and external) understand the requirements for project milestones and client expectations

• Be the liaison between Client Services Creative and Content

• Help all team members use established best practices and tools

• Assign and/or perform quality assurance and proofing on various deliverables

• Partner with the Creative Director to create estimates and bids

• Manage vendors and vendor billing process

• Establish monthly and weekly checkins with client services

• Work with the full agency team taking direction from the Creative Director while collaborating with various Strategists and Client Services team members to develop solutions that properly align with each clients needs and budgets

Youll bring:

• A 4year degree in a related field or its equivalent

• At least 3 years experience in project management in an agency PR firm or other creative/marketing organization

• Processdriven and organized

• Strong skills in MS Office Google Docs and project management on Mac

• Understanding of project management principles methods techniques and webbased tools

• Experience working with Asana

• Handson experience with creative work and strategy as well as knowledge of their effect on production and timelines

• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Slides

• Knowledge of Adobe Suite and web development tools

• Experience with active vendor management invoice tracking and coordinating budgets with multidisciplinary team leads

• Experience juggling conflicting demands of multiple projects while keeping abreast of the progress of client deliverables
