Tasks

Who are we looking for

We are seeking an experienced Creative Director with a background in working with directtoconsumer (DTC) brands. In this role you will lead the creation and implementation of insightful creative content tailored to performancedriven marketing focusing on boosting directresponse results. You will manage the development of creative strategies to enhance brand awareness and increase sales. As a key leader you will guide a team of creatives to produce innovative and compelling content that resonates with each brand target market. This is an exciting opportunity to join AmazeON Lab as we expand and scale our business.

Responsibilities

  • Promote a creative judgmentfree work environment by producing and testing a high volume of insightsbased content.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of creative content grounded in insights to drive performance with a focus on directresponse outcomes.
  • Collaborate with various interagency departments to create content that aligns with client briefs feedback and key performance indicators while achieving measurable business outcomes.
  • Serve as a liaison to senior leadership to maintain creative excellence and achieve brand objectives.
  • Mentor and develop team members providing evaluations guidance and support in setting assignments and incentives as needed. Monitor team performance and progress and communicate updates to leadership.
  • Stay current with industry platform and creative trends to apply them strategically to each brand.
  • Attend client meetings and serve as the spokesperson for creative vision and processes.
  • Optimize creative workflows to enhance team efficiency and provide input on broader operational systems as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in advertising specializing in digital/social strategies and campaigns for DTC brands. A bachelors degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience working with performance marketing clients or within directtoconsumer and ecommercefocused brands.
  • Strong team management skills including the ability to assess prioritize and delegate tasks to your team.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and instill confidence as a capable leader who can interpret and manage brand work successfully.
  • Flexibility and creativity with a belief that a significant idea can come from anywhere.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry and digital best practices along with a deep understanding of platform industry and creative trends to strategically inform creative initiatives.
