Cost Control Engineer

Job Description:

• Prepare project budget with needed cost breakdown of elements.
• Prepare periodic cost reports using Earned Value Management.
• Monitor the progress by keeping the record of completed / remaining work.
• Analyze variations and preparing contractual claims.
• Provide the cash flow required to complete works in coordination with the planning department.
• Study the current and expected inflations and its effect on the budget.
• Review financial data related to invoice payments, purchase orders, material deliveries, and other financial data according to the contracts and quotations.
• Develop the project cost control strategy, plans and procedures.
• Assist and prepare cost performance management data.

Job Requirements

Requirements :

• Minimum 6 years experience / Maximum 8 years .
• Previous work in real estate is preferable
• Main contractor experience is acceptable
• Project management study or post graduate studies in the same scope
