This is a remote position.

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as an Agency Owner. As an Agency Owner you will be able to build and grow your own business within the travel industry. This is for someone with a passion for sales customer service and travel planning to take ownership of their career and achieve financial success.


Job Summary

Coordinate the most costefficient travel arrangements for team clients using independent judgment and discretion. Promote and maintain the highest level of customer service in the industry.



Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients ensuring their travel needs are met
  • Plan and book travel arrangements including flights accommodations transportation and activities
  • Build relationships with hotels airlines and other travel partners to negotiate competitive rates and exclusive offers for clients
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and changes in travel regulations
  • Manage client inquiries resolve issues and provide timely followup
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Skills:
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide personalized experiences for clients
  • Proficient in travel planning and knowledgeable about popular destinations hotels airlines and attractions
  • Hospitality experience is a plus as it demonstrates an understanding of delivering exceptional service
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and bookings simultaneously
