Content Manager

• Managing regional content calendar, specifically for blogs and social media.
• Developing, managing and editing different types of content (white papers, blogs, sales decks, industry reports, social media, etc.).
• Creating engaging content for various platforms (digital and offline) in English and Arabic aimed at strengthening regional awareness of Infobip among potential clients
• Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability and consistency. Work with Sales team on refurbishing sales deck and client presentations
• Researching and following industry trends. Work closely with regional digital marketing team for target key words for copies/ SEO
• Identifying customers needs and recommending new content for sales enablement and support.
• Collaborating with Regional Event Marketing Manager and PR & Communications Manager for Events promotion and content for thought leadership activities and sponsorships
