Our client myPlace Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their missiondriven team in Los Angeles California. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering highquality integrated care to frail older adults and will play a critical role in the management and delivery of direct nursing care to PACE participants. This is a unique opportunity to join a fastgrowing dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable older adults.$93204 $106700 a yearmyPlace Health offers a robust compensation package for this role that includes cash compensation and other total rewards. Base pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education relevant work and industry experience certifications and location of the role. Onsite roles include appropriate geographic adjustments while remote roles are typically priced off national pay data.Key Responsibilities Deliver direct nursing care to PACE participants in various settings including clinic care center home virtually and SNF Conduct nursing assessments inclusive of physical psychosocial and behavioral status Educate participants caregivers and staff on how to personalize and carry out care plans and respond to situations that arise in each participants life Monitor and evaluate therapeutic interventions and recommend changes as needed to proactively improve health and wellbeingSchedule and Shift Details 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with occasional oncall coverageThis role is eligible for the following:$12000 signon bonus (less applicable taxes and payable after 90 days)Performancebased cash bonus.401k with Employer matchYour choice of 6 medical plans with premium coverage of up to 80% for employees and 75% for all dependentsDental vision health savings account flexible spending accounts short and longterm disability coveragesPTO starting at 20 days per year; plus 12 paid holidays per year and 2 floating holidays per yearGenerous CME/CEU budget and time off and professional development opportunitiesOnetime stipend towards setting up your home office (for remote or hybrid roles)Family friendly policies including paid new parent leave!
