Job Description

- Perform in-person visits to eligible households
- Provide culturally and geographically appropriate health education based on the client profile
- Provide direction for RMNCH health services as indicated by client need or interest
- Provide assistance in navigating the health services system
- Provide connections to other community resources, such as support groups and clinics
- Provide vouchers (if indicated) based on the needs of each case
- Collect electronic data on tablets using the Health Service Delivery Activity- provided equipment and software
- Submit daily activity reports to field supervisors
