Job Description

• Cooperate in continuous needs assessments in the communities in collaboration with the Program Manager.
• Support in selection, recruitment, training of CHVs
• Provide regular support to the CHVs in the provision of continuous learning and improvement
• Arrange for regular meetings to provide and receive feedback, and workshops for CHVs
• Training and providing guidance to CHVs in digital data collection and data synchronization
• Ensure that all data is collected and compiled correctly and in time, provide feedback to CHVs if they are gaps or incoherent information
