Collections Analytics AVP

Job Description/Primary responsibilities include:

Designation AVP Collections Analytics

Department Business Intelligence Unit

Location Mumbai (Hybrid Model)

Drive monthly reviews with senior management on the insights and analytical solutions

implemented and its impact

Work with the business stakeholders deep dive into data to identify areas of opportunity

help build data driven strategies

Drive endtoend analytical processes to find answers to business problems data marting/

preparation and exploratory data analysis up to testing hypotheses both by doing

observational and/or experimental analysis.

Work with Data Engineering teams to build and deliver data assets

Mentor and groom junior analysts

Job Skills/Qualifications:

Proficiency in SQL (other analytics tools good to have) with exposure to Retail

Assets/Cards.

Strong story telling skill to synthesise sharp insights from the data

Excellent quantitative and analytic skills and data driven mindset to formulate sound

analytical construct to test different hypothesis

Should have excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
