Job Description
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the designated cluster or territory to achieve revenue and occupancy targets
Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of sales executives coordinators or representatives within the cluster
This includes recruiting training and performance management
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats
Adjust sales strategies accordingly
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients corporate accounts and travel agencies
