We are hiring Clinical Nurse Manager II Emergency Department in a Private Hospital in Cork Ireland.

We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are at the center of all we do.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all patients receiving treatment in the department receive adequate nursing care.

  • Take the lead in advancing staff education nursing practices and service delivery that are pertinent to the emergency department.

  • Using the proper reporting chain share monthly workload data with the group and the assistant director of nursing making sure to include any staff discrepancies.

  • To participate part in the hospital developments capital and service planning as it relates to the departments development and implementation.

  • Handle accidents and events with efficiency while adhering to hospital protocols.

  • Ensuring that patient admissions and registration are finished on time



Requirements

  • Registering with the NMBI or registering to do so
  • Postregistration training tailored to pertinent emergency nursing.
  • A recognized management degree is preferred.
  • 35 years of experience minimum in an acute emergency care setting.
  • Three years of seniorlevel experience minimum in people management role.
  • Evidence of practice development and change implementation in emergency care.
