A client of ours based in Cork has an exceptional offer for a suitable candidate to come on board a wellestablished Horticultural business as the overall manager and business development manager. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person. This person will take the business to the next level and lead the development of the business into the future. Mentoring and support will be available as the candidate grows into the role in the initial stages. An enthusiastic entrepreneurial business minded person is required to grow the existing business and lead the team. This role will be a permanent longterm role with great opportunity to grow your career along with the business. The opportunity to be mentored into full management and to buy in to the business is also a serious option within 12 years.

Requirements

• To be located in Cork or be willing to relocate to Cork at least in the initial period.
• Have a strong interest in Horticulture and a background in the industry
• Have a strong ability at Business development and sales.
• Strong marketing interest and ability to develop the brand.
• Good customer service people skills and communication ability
• Good organisational and management skills
• A love of plants and flowers and horticulture is an advantage.
• A track record in sales business and marketing
• We are particularly interested in talking to people who have the ambition to run their own business one day or are currently running their own business.
