Support consultants in winning new business by participating in meetings and calls with prospects and effectively communicating Gallagher's Value Proposition

Actively seek new business referrals from existing GBS clients

Understand and communicate the availability of resources within Gallagher Practice Areas (Pharmacy Practice, Retirement, GGB, HR Consulting and Voluntary Benefits)

Maintain up-to-date records in Document Management System (DMS).

Comply with Gallagher's processes, BOSS standards and office initiatives.

Complete training and professional development to gain understanding of the insurance industry and GBS processes
