Job Description

As a Client Account Coordinator youll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between our client s stakeholders and internal teams. This position demands a detailoriented individual with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. Youll be at the forefront of client relationships and contributing to the success of our client s recruitment initiatives.


Here s an overview of your future role:

Employment Type: Fulltime
Shift: Night Shift (Mon Fri; 6PM 3AM)
Work Setup: Temporary WFH Makati


What do you need to succeed

  • Proven experience in client management account coordination or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with BPO and recruitment processes is a plus.


What awaits you in this role

  • Help organize and schedule new hire onboarding to ensure client and team member satisfaction.
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries feedback and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute projects according to Account Executive specifications.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of recruitment services meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Own the onboarding process for new team members.
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise from clients.
  • Follow the first two weeks on new team members to include daily checkins and weekly updates.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of services delivered to clients consistently seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Write and communicate announcements to clients for holidays overtime and leaves
  • Sit in on interviews and note taking during for recruitment and accounts updates
