Civil Engineer - Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead tunnel engineering projects (design planning and project execution in the US and Canada)
  
• Oversee/implement technical solutions for tunnel design and construction
  
• Provide oversight in business development proposal development and strategic planning
  
• Build/maintain client relationships
  
• Adhere to quality safety and timeline standards
  
• Collaborate with other teams
  
• Mentor/train junior staff
  
• Primary contact for clients and team
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  
• Advanced degree preferred
  
• 12 years of tunnel experience
  
• PE License in one state with willingness to register in other states
  
• Advanced knowledge of various tunneling methods/techniques geotechnical aspects and challenging ground conditions
  
• Project management experience
  
• Leadership experience
  
• Familiar with North American tunneling standards/best practices
