- Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP's, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.
- Adhere to all safety polices and procedures.
- Follow all Personal and Food Safety precautions: Personal Protective Equipment, Lockout/Tagout, GMPs, follow Plant Color Code for Buckets, Brushes, etc.
- Prepare and mix industrial chemicals according to SSOP directions & test for accuracy using titration method.
- Be able to administer chemicals in a safe and efficient manner.
- Be able to operate CIP and COP cleaning equipment.
- Dismantle & clean packaging, processing lines & equipment according to SSOP & master sanitation schedule.
