Chinese-Speaking Operations Manager

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a ChineseSpeaking Operations Manager to join their team in Bucharest.As the ChineseSpeaking Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in bridging communication between the contact center team and their esteemed Chinese client. You will be responsible for overseeing daytoday operations ensuring seamless delivery of services and maintaining a strong relationship with the client.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serveas the primary point of contact for a Chinese client of a BPO facilitating clear communication and understanding between all parties involved
• Coordinate and manage operational activities within the contact centre to meet the clients expectations and requirements
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise operational efficiency and enhance service quality
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedbackto the contact centre team based on the clients needsto ensure continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Prepare and present regular reports and updates to the client on operational performance and key metrics

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is essential Romanian language knowledge will be an advantage
• Be based in Romania and willing to relocate to Bucharest if not already living there
• Proven experience in operations management preferably within the BPO industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
• Awareness of rules governingChinese business culture
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
• Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality results in a fastpaced environment
• Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
