Our North American team is growing rapidly. We are looking for an proactive and enthusiastic Marketing and Business Development Assistantwith a specific focus on the Chinese marketto join our team.In this role you will be a pivotal part of enhancing our Chinese marketing initiatives in Canada supportingthe growth of upcoming marketing initiatives andhelping us expand our presence.

This role is responsible for effective local marketing initiatives through researching designing and executing marketing strategy across content creation local partnership outreach public relations and more.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator a highly creative innovator and with a growth mindset. This is a fulltime remote position based in Canada.Due to the bicoastal nature of our team evening workmight be required.Must have highlevel Chinese & English reading and writing proficiency.

What are the main responsibilities for this role

  • This role will be focused on developing and furthering Crimsons Chinese market presence in Canadaby assisting with Chinese marketing initiatives

  • Developing Chinese marketing assets such as blogs websites marketing brochures videos case studies webinar content sales templatesand resources for students

  • Organizing andsupporting the endtoend planning execution and optimization of webinars and other related events

  • Managing WeChat group promotions and respond to questions. Contribute to the creation of offline and online marketing content to increase brand awareness create a positive customer experience and increase conversions

  • Assisting with outreach tactics including expos seminars school talks and related events. Support webinar coordinating and logistics.

  • Supporting Chinese partnership building efforts by researching and finding contact information of potential partners and media channelsand establishing relevant partnerships

What skills and experience are required

  • Bachelors degree or higher in marketing communications business or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese reading writing and editing skills are essential
  • 2 years of experience of Chinese content writing and/or Chinese social media management experience in creating content for WeChat public account and Little Red Book will be preferred
  • Excellent communication andstorytellingskills
  • Experience in the education sector and/orknowledge in university admissions (US & UK as priority) will be preferred but not required
  • Background in college consulting or have a network of education industry contacts/parent groupswill bea strong plus
  • Experience with Canva and a basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) is a strong plus.Basic command of video editing software such as CapCut is preferred but not mandatory
  • Creative thinking and project management skills You love exploring new ideas and can see a project through from start to finish on time.
  • Professionalism confidence positive attitude willingness to learn and go the extra mile. A team player and independent worker who does not require handholding
  • Strongorganization skills and high learning agility and growth mindset comfort in a fastpaced highgrowth and creative environment
