Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Brandatt.

As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and implementation of technology solutions for the company.

You will lead a team of software developers and project managers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

This is an on-site role located in Al Asimah, Kuwait.
Qualifications
- Software Development and Product Development skills
- Experience in Project Management and IT Strategy
- Knowledge in Architecture and Infrastructure
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
