Qdrant is an innovative technology firm at the forefront of database management solutions. We specialize in the development of a stateoftheart opensourcebased Vector Database. Our product portfolio extends to managed cloud services and bespoke enterprise solutions each designed to empower businesses in the datadriven world.

Tasks

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for Qdrants opensourcebased Vector Database managed cloud and enterprise solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging existing and new industry connections networking events and other lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers in target organizations understanding their business needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of Qdrants solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to develop targeted marketing materials and sales collateral that effectively communicate the unique value of Qdrants offerings.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals providing guidance coaching and support to help them achieve their targets and develop their skills.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Represent Qdrant at industry events conferences and trade shows to promote our solutions and establish the companys presence in the market.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by working closely with the customer success team to address any issues or concerns and by maintaining regular communication with clients.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Proven executive experience in a revenuegenerating role preferably as a Chief Revenue Officer or similar.
  • Extensive experience in the technology sector with a strong preference for backgrounds in database technology cloud services or enterprise solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and revenue forecasting.
  • Exceptional leadership and teambuilding capabilities.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
